Vasco met a new friend today...and they just hit the dim sum restaurant immediately for a beer! Vasco's new friend got really long hair, so long that you can't see his eyes at all! No wonder that little fellow kept bumping into the wall.
That little fellow got drunk very quickly and he started calling everything and everyone his buddies. He even bonded with those almond-coated taro dumplings. With another round of beer, he
thought he was seeing his double!To avoid getting Vasco into trouble, an off-duty inspector took Vasco to the gate of the police station and warned him about drinking...
Vasco was immediately sober...
