Vasco went for a walk...and got a kiss!

Vasco went for a walk yesterday. It was a perfect Sunday to go out! Sunny bright blue sky and it was not too hot. He went for a walk along the Tai Po Waterfront Park with Merrill, Randal and Kaz. Strolling along the waterfront, Kaz could only say one thing: why didn't I bring my skateboard? This is a question Vasco asked as well, Vasco thought Kaz's feet are already permanently attached to his skateboard. His favorite saying is, 'If you can skate, why walk?' Vasco has no anwer to that question, he's already too busy pattering on his 4 little paws. Well,
Vasco saw an amazing water bird, is it an egret? Kaz and Randal debated about the activity in the other photo. Were those guys fishing? Can you actually eat the fish? The water looked a bit too polluted.

A reward for going out on a sunny day, other than the exercise, is a sweet kiss from Merrill. xoxoxo. Vasco fell in love!




Of course, every nice walk ends with a nice meal. The gang ended up in Sam Mun Chai, a small village in Tai Po. They had a great meal and Vasco had his beer. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. The al fresco dining was perfect (not so in the winter though). This is also the restaurant that Merrill always visits when she is in HK! They should have taken a picture before wolfing down the dim sum dishes!
