Vasco went to a Chiu Chow restaurant...and this was the shocking welcome: EXPLODES THE LARGE INTESTINE...on the wall! Professor B was having such a laugh! He was not brave enough to try the dish though.
And then there were other really strange dishes...
Ice fish with garlic and chill...Casserole of frog with pork wine...Vasco does wonder about the taste...
In the end, Vasco and the party went for something quite mild...oyster pancake, soy sauce goose with tofu, oyster congee, shellfish with chili and black bean sauce, deep fried squid balls, pea shoot, sweet and sour shrimps and beef in lemon sauce.
Vasco then went to Sino Plaza for a quick fix...there Professor B was totally drawn to the Hello Kitty heaven on the top floor! Photo will follow later. Finally, on the train platform, Vasco had a close encounter with death...he was almost sucked into the Black Spot...
