What the heck!!!

This is what Vasco wanted to say for the longest time - what the heck is this? It does seem that our government, or district council, has too much money to waste! OK, let Vasco tells you what it is. It is supposed to be a big flower pot to make our district 'green'. These big things were placed everywhere, randomly, in our district. On the road side, mostly. Without any plant, they look totally pathetic!

The problem is - no one waters these pots of plants! And the plants have to be changed every month or so! So every month, we spent a huge amount of money on plants that die within the week! Vasco just wonders why can't the government spend the money on something more practical! Vasco is certain that if these stupid pots were not there, the government could have used the money for things like: a nice hanging out place for the elderly, a doggie park, a music hall for indie musicians, a cinema showing only old Chinese movies...
